How do I order a photo album?
Easy. Find the photo album or the model you want and click on either the “Order …. now!” text link or the “Add to Cart” buttons towards the bottom of the page.
How do I access the photoset I have ordered?
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email (normally within a few minutes). This email contains a link, click on it and you should be able to download the Zip file containing the photos.
I have completed the order, but not received an email… Where is it?
There is a chance it was delivered directly into your “Bulk/Spam” email folder. If you do not find it, please contact us with your order reference number and we’ll send it out again.
What is a Zip File and how to I open it?
If you are using Windows XP you should be able to open a Zip file without needing any additional software. It would take too long to go into all the information about Zip Files here, but if you’re stuck, five minutes searching on Google should give you all the information you need.
How long do I have to download the Zip file?
You should download the Zip file to your computer within 48 hours. After 48 hours the link will cease to function.
How do I contact a model?
We will not give out contact details of the models featured on the website. However if you are in the business (photographer, agency, magazine etc) then we attempt to forward your query to the model in question.
When will I receive the photos in the mail?
You won't. We are offering an online service only. You may only access and download the photos from the website.
My order won't go through, what do I do?
There is a possibility that we are experiencing problems with our servers or network. Accept our apologies and please try again later.
